Andy Kemp is a partner at First Capital Partners. Previously, he was the CFO of Natura Pet Products, a manufacturer of premium pet products based in Fremont, Nebraska, where he led the company’s sale to Procter & Gamble. Prior to that Andy led mergers and acquisitions engagements with First National Mergers & Acquisitions and before that he was with Government Properties Trust, a publicly traded REIT. He began his career at the First National Bank of Omaha. Andy received a BA in history and political science from Emory University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
