Founded in 1993, Labriola is a commercial artisan baker that produces a variety of fresh and frozen artisan-style pretzel and pan breads, as well as pastries, for leading local, regional and national retail and foodservice customers. Labriola's artisan-style bread is distinguishable from other types of bread due to the special attention it pays to ingredients, process, and a return to the fundamentals of bread-making.  First Capital Partners provided mezzanine debt and an equity co-investment to support a private equity firm that acquired the business.
