First Capital Partners Invests in Global Precision Products

First Capital Partners is pleased to announce the closing of a subordinated (mezzanine) debt and minority equity investment in Global Precision Products, LLC.  Based in upstate New York, Global Precision Products specializes in close tolerance precision machining of small diameter metal and plastic parts utilizing CNC machining equipment with multi-axis milling and turning capabilities which enable parts to be fabricated in one operation. The company's customers are suppliers to a variety of end industries including commercial & industrial, medical, aerospace, military, optical and imaging and automotive. It is ISO 9001:2008 certified and ITAR registered and is capable of supporting large production runs to small lot quantities.   
 
First Capital Partners teamed with Touchpoint Capital Partners, management and other co-investors to recapitalize the Company and better position it for growth.
