Kiefer Aquatics is a leading distributor and specialty retailer of aquatics products serving lifeguards, competitive swimmers, facilities, and learn-to-swim programs across the U.S.  It distributes leading aquatics brands in addition to owning some of its own specialty brands.  The company operates under multiple brands including: Kiefer, The Lifeguard Store, All-American Swim, and Swim Shops of the Southwest.  First Capital Partners provided mezzanine debt and equity to support Kiefer’s acquisition of and merger with The Lifeguard Store.
