Young Park is a partner at First Capital Partners. Previously, he co-managed a $300 million Special Opportunities Group at CapitalSource Finance. Prior to that Young was vice president at Cardinal Growth, a Chicago-based private equity fund focused on making control and growth equity investments. Before joining Cardinal Growth, he was with Bank of America and LaSalle Bank in Chicago providing leveraged financing in support of private equity-backed buyouts. Young received a BS in accounting from Northern Illinois University and also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
